For example, a lender could use its data processing staff to enter party, terms, and collateral information at a cost that is likely lower than the rate charged by a law firm. Then, the lender could make the draft documents available for review and editing by outside counsel, all within the EmpowerCLS database. Such a process would allow legal counsel to provide value where needed, while the client uses fixed-cost employees to provide data entry services.
